Allie's Baptism Shots

"Talk about an angel..."

Tried
to capture all the happy folks at the church for Allie's big day,
her baptism. The godfather, Kev, and the proxie godmother Bethany
share some words with the parents. Gene's brother Joe and sister
Eva are right there in the next pew. The parents followed and
were just in front of the Craig Pawlowski family. Last, but far
from least, were Bethany's folks in the last pew. |

proud parents, Lisa and Gene, couldn't stop beaming. Who wouldn't
be proud of such an angel. |

The
good father applies the water and oil that makes it all official.
Our Cat and Kevin were right there to make sure nothing was missed
or left out. |
| The
Dougherty clan was gathered to celebrate the great occasion. Left
to right we had Dennis (the Dad), Eva, Ellie (the Mom), Allie,
Gene and Lisa, Kate and on the right Uncle Joe. Andy couldn't
make it but was certainly there in spirit. |

The
Pawlowskis that could make it, made up QUITE a crowd. Emily, Steph
and Craig were on the left; with Lisa, Kev and Cat next; followed
by Carolyn (the Mom) Allie and Gene; with Lisa and dad Pawlowski
kind of holding up the end. Actually Kyle was dragging down the
end and about missed the picture. Missing and missed were the
Arizona contingent, Chris, Jodi, Nick and Kaity; and Rick, Lora
and Adam. Also missing were the Kendallville family of Scott and
Peg. |

believe the REAL extent of the celebration can best be appreciated
by the cakes needed. Obviously Allie's baptism cake was the biggest,
but right there was Emily's 2nd birthday cake and Gene's 32nd
birthday cake. Gene are you REALLY 32? Wow! |
